Through my own experiences and professional training, I have dedicated my life to guiding others towards a path of healing and empowerment. At the heart of my mission is the Self-Esteem Building Workshop. This workshop is designed to uplift and inspire women, helping them recognize their inherent worth and potential. We delve into various techniques and activities that encourage self-love and confidence. Each session is a safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without judgment, surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded women. In addition to the workshop, I offer Addiction Recovery Mentoring. Overcoming addiction is a challenging and often isolating journey, but you do not have to go through it alone. I provide personalized mentoring that addresses the unique struggles each woman faces. Together, we work on developing coping strategies, setting achievable goals, and celebrating every milestone of progress. My approach is compassionate and holistic, focusing on both the emotional and spiritual aspects of recovery. Christian Faith-Based Counseling is another cornerstone of my services. My faith has been a guiding light in my own life, and I believe it can be a powerful source of strength and hope for others as well. Through faith-based counseling, I help women reconnect with their spiritual roots, find solace in prayer, and draw on biblical teachings to navigate life's challenges.
